– Duplicate Enrollment: If a user accidentally enrolls in a course multiple times.

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations
– Completion of Course: Once a user has accessed a substantial portion of the course content, refunds will not be granted.
– Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction with course content, or inability to complete the course.
4.1. If a refund request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 7 business days from the date of approval.
4.2. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not feasible, an alternative payment method may be used.
